Building Consent Documentation

Based on the Architectural concept, we will prepare the Building Consent documentation. Building Consent documentation is prepared in accordance with the applicable regulation. During its preparation, we collaborate with specialists (structural engineers, fire safety experts, heating specialists, electrical engineers, energy experts, etc.) who are essential for each specific part and complement the architecturally-constructional section created by us. We provide engineering services, obtain all necessary opinions and statements, as well as printing, assembling, and submitting the documentation to the building authority. The result of the proceedings is obtaining a valid Building Consent.
